Abuse, when someone causes harm or distress, ranging from disrespect to causing someone physical or mental pain

The company enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward child labor, forced labor, sexual harassment and any forms of abuse. Any violations of this policy will result in firm disciplinary action, which may include termination of employment and/or reporting to the relevant authorities. -
